"So grateful I found Blaise! She takes the time to intuitively listen to what your body needs and she works WITH your body on helping it heal.

Every time I have a session with her, not only do I get body healing, but I get soul healing as well. I highly recommend her to anyone on any kind of healing journey!"

Blaise makes time for herself to cultivate love and healing through art, giving herself as a mirror to our beautiful and chaotic world.

  • Blaise will meet with you a day or two before your appointment to gain insight on your needs and work with you to set an intention for the session.

  • You are encouraged to take time before and after the session to prepare and decompress. Additionally, it is advised to not drive after the session.

  • Two days after the session, Blaise will meet with you for an integration session to discuss observations and help you absorb any additional information.

You are encouraged to be open and receptive to connecting with your soul and going deeper in your journey.

  • Myofascial Release is a very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

  • Cupping uses special cups on the skin to create suction that increases blood flow to affected area. Enhanced blood flow under the cups draws impurities and toxins away from the nearby tissues and organs.

  • Gua Sha  is an ancient technique used to relieve acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. Gua Sha involves repeated pressed strokes over lubricated skin with a smooth-edged, blunt instrument.

where healing hands and natural intuition unite.
